Munich, Germany—April 1, 2014— Hanson Research Corporation, the pioneer of dissolution and diffusion test equipment, today introduced the Vision Auto- Filter Changer to the European market at Analytica 2014 in Munich, Germany. Designed as a seamless addition to Hanson’s Vision line of premium dissolution test instruments, the Vision AutoFilter Changer automatically introduces 25-mm filters in the fluidic path of dissolution samples without limiting the number of times each filter is used.

“The design and inspiration behind the Vision AutoFilter Changer came as a direct result of Hanson Research customers giving first-party accounts of the struggles they faced with other filter management systems currently on the market,” said Steve Shaw, Chief Engineer of Hanson Research. “We are excited to better equip our customers with intelligently designed tools that detect filter jams and, if necessary, collect unfiltered samples, which allow a test to continue uninterrupted.”

The Vision AutoFilter Changer accommodates almost any 25-mm in-line filter, including automation-compatible and non-automation-compatible filters. If filtration is not needed, a filterless protocol can be programmed to remove filters from the fluidic path without the need to reroute any tubing, saving time and money for the user. It was designed to reduce any possible corrosion, to prevent cross contamination of samples, and to accommodate up to three Vision dissolution testers to maximize throughput of samples.

The Vision AutoFilter Changer’s worldwide introduction concludes this September 24-26 in Shanghai, China at Analytica China 2014. Please visit Booth #N1-1110 for more information.

Hanson Research Announces New Equipment Leasing Option for Dissolution & Diffusion Test Instruments

New Option Provides Customers with Access to High-Quality Test Instrumentation at Affordable, Monthly Payments

Los Angeles, CA—July 7, 2014- Hanson Research Corporation, the pioneer of dissolution and diffusion test equipment, today announced a partnership with LEAF Commercial Capital, lnc., to offer equipment leasing options for Hanson’s Vision® line of premium test instrumentation.

“Customer success has always been a priority initiative for Hanson Research, and this strategic partnership with one of the best finance leaders in the industry allows us to further meet the needs of our customers by offering them different payment options that better fit with their financial goals,” stated Keith Hamman, President of Hanson Research. “These new lease options will enable folks who do not want to tie up their cash with large capital purchases to see immediate ROI.”

With an equipment lease, customers can choose to make monthly payments over a period ranging from one to six years. These payments are usually depreciable, resulting in significant tax savings. A lease term begins after successful installation of equipment, and no penalties are incurred by customers for early payoff.

“LEAF is pleased to partner with Hanson Research, and we are excited about working with such an established, successful, and proven company,” said Bryan Spence, Vice President, Business Development at LEAF. “Like Hanson, LEAF is committed to the principle of continuous improvement. We never stop refining our financing processes, which is why we can offer Hanson customers fast credit decisions, online tools to apply for financing and to manage their accounts, along with dedicated account professionals to assist with every financing need. Because of this, we feel that we will be able to enhance the already strong value that Hanson delivers.”

Customers of Hanson Research can contact their account manager to get additional information about equipment leasing options.

Munich, Germany—April 1, 2014— Hanson Research Corporation, the pioneer of dissolution and diffusion test equipment, today revealed its third generation automated diffusion test system, the Vision Microette, to the European market at Analytica 2014. The Vision Microette is an ideal research and quality control tool for the study of topical and transdermal drug delivery formulations, as well as ophthalmics, cosmetics, skin care products, and pesticides.

“Topical and transdermal drug delivery is fast becoming a new horizon for pharmaceutical testing, which is changing the way many medicines are administered worldwide,” stated Royal Hanson, CEO of Hanson Research. “To ensure customer success and better quality control in this field, we upgraded our popular MicroettePlus system to our new Vision operating platform so that customers have the reliability of rock-solid mechanics and state-of-the-art electronics to ensure successful diffusion tests.”

Hanson Research’s first-generation vertical diffusion cell test system was introduced in the 1980s. Leading the industry in this technology, Hanson’s vertical diffusion cell systems continue to offer scientists more tools, more precision, and fewer variables, raising the standards for R&D and quality assurance worldwide.

The new Vision Microette system includes a versatile “multi-group” system that handles up to three sets of vertical diffusion cells (18 cells total), and a lower cost “single-group” system automating one set of vertical diffusion cells (6 cells total). Customers can contact their local Hanson account manager for more information about the Vision Microette.
